"One World Asia Fund Management just started business in Japanese property selling in Hong Kong a few months ago. We decided to create our home page. The challenge was to find someone who would do a professional look at a reasonable price in four languages, i.e. English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Japanese. I have asked KAOS and Minal, the head of KAOS, has happily accepted our proposal.

Minal asked me to give her a few existing pages that would give them an idea on how our home page should look like. She then came up with a few designs from which I could choose to be our home page. I was very pleased to see different choices that had what I had imagined our home page would look like, the color, the looks, etc.

The language part was a bit of pain on both sides since none of the programmers knew Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Japanese but KAOS was patience enough to go through changes when necessary. Minal was there throughout the process and she gave me concise summarized e-mails with good updates.

Finally Minal was very helpful with e-mail settings on my Outlook. We got a few new e-mail addresses with this new domain and needed to set up e-mail addresses accordingly. She was very patient and went out of her way to walk me through step by step. For the price, I must say that quality of services and products were very satisfying."
